Our Services
During this 90-minute session, we will discuss all aspects of your health and wellness, identifying your main concerns and wellness goals. You will be provided with tailored diet and lifestyle recommendations as well as custom herbal formula recommendations.
*Herbs are not included in the price and can be purchased separately, generally costing $20-$150 +HST per month.
A 45 minute follow up consultation is recommended about four weeks after beginning your custom herbal protocol. This allows us to discuss how your herbal formulas, diet, and lifestyle recommendations are benefitting you, and provides us the opportunity to make changes as needed.
Ideally, monthly follow up appointments are only required for the first few months of working together. Afterwards, it can be very beneficial every 5-12 weeks to ensure we are staying on track with your health and wellness goals, and can allow us to make further adjustments.
We offer a variety of workshops for groups, communities, organizations, and workplaces. Options include:

About
Alicia Hamilton is a Clinical Herbalist, serving in Waterloo, Ontario and the surrounding community. She received her diploma in Therapeutic Herbalism from the Institute of Traditional Medicine. She has a special interest in women’s health and caring for families and children. She is a proud mother of four and a Métis woman, with historic homelands of Red River, Manitoba and Pembina, North Dakota. She is passionate about supporting the health and wellness of the community and sharing the plant wisdom of her ancestors.
